WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

For your initial consultation, you will receive and email confirmation and a zoom link. On the day on the consultation, please be in a private and quiet room with your computer. Please click on the zoom link and join the room with your camera and microphone on. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a few forms via email that require your signature. Please sign these forms and email them back to us prior to your first appointment. And that's it! Any handouts, meal plans, etc. will be sent to you via email.

HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?

Yes, we do! Under our services, you will see the information regarding our group consultations and workshops. We offer these sessions for colleges, schools, and workplaces. We offer a flat rate to provide nutrition education, workshops and presentations. Want us to come to your school and provide outreach? Send us an email! We would love to connect.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE AND OFFER IN PERSON SESSIONS?

We currently do not accept any insurances at this time and only accept private pay. As a result, we do offer a sliding scale, so please reach out for more information. Additionally, all of our sessions are providing via Telehealth in a HIPAA-compliant virtual link. Once we have you scheduled, we will send you the zoom link to attend your session.
