Welcome to Coasting Nutrition!  Our team consists of a group of Registered Dietitians who are passionate about helping others find peace with food and learn to fuel their bodies in an appropriate way.  We work with a wide range of clients from pro-athletes to adolescents recovering from eating disorders.  Our mission is to provide evidence-based nutrition education, counseling and support for those seeking guidance in finding a well-balanced life!  Thank you for taking interest in us, we are so excited to connect!
